pkqk Terms and Conditions

The following words and terms used in these Terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "pkqk" or "Platform" — the pkqk.bar website and all services provided through it.
• "User" or "You" — any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the pkqk platform.
• "Account" — the personal profile created by registering on pkqk.
• "Bonus" — promotional offers, free credits, or rewards provided by pkqk.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition requiring a specified amount of bets to be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Services" — sports betting, casino games, live casino, and all other gaming products available on pkqk.

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on pkqk, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.

• Creating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If pkqk confirms that a user is operating more than one account, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. pkqk reserves the right to cancel accounts and forfeit balances in the event of false information being provided. pkqk may request necessary documentation for identity verification at any time.

The following payment methods are available for transactions on pkqk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

3.1 Deposit Terms

• A minimum of ৳100 must be deposited with each transaction.
• Deposits must be made only through a method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn without completing the applicable wagering requirements, even without a bonus.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the wagering on any active bonus is completed.
• Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on pkqk can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳10,000, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied to the bonus amount only. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Terms

• An account is eligible for the welcome bonus one time only.
• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by pkqk.
• Wagering must be completed before winnings earned through a bonus can be withdrawn.
• If wagering is not completed within the time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another user.
• If the terms of any bonus are breached, pkqk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pkqk reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• Any bet placed after the result of an event has been confirmed will be considered void.
• pkqk reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet.

5.2 Sports Betting

pkqk offers betting services on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Odds in sports betting depend on market conditions and are subject to change. pkqk is not responsible for any loss resulting from communication delays during live betting.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on pkqk — including slots, live casino, and fishing games — are operated using fair and tested Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. A long-term house edge exists in all games, which is normal and disclosed.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games through bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence is strictly prohibited.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse) is prohibited.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform is prohibited.
• Placing collusive bets with other users (match fixing, collusion) is strictly prohibited.

pkqk has three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on overall activity on the platform. pkqk reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. Cashback amounts are added directly to the account balance and are subject to applicable wagering requirements.

7.1 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account at any time. Any outstanding balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, provided wagering requirements have been met. For responsible gaming breaks, please contact support directly.

7.2 Closure by pkqk

pkqk may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse.

• Evidence of being a minor (under 21 years of age).
